Participant Cancellation and Curtailment Guarantee
This guarantee by paintball.co.uk applies to all UK-based paintball venues. We will require written evidence supporting the nature of your claim. Solely in respect of claims under this guarantee, please telephone paintball.co.uk 0800 849 4911.

a) Cancellation and Curtailment: Up to the Total Amount Invoiced
We will refund the amount paid to paintball.co.uk for the relevant voucher or re-book the experience should a participant have to cancel the projected journey before commencement, or curtail it by returning home before completion for any of the following reasons:

1. The death, accidental bodily injury, illness, compulsory quarantine, redundancy (provided that such redundancy qualifies for payment under the United Kingdom's Redundancy Payment Acts) or summoning to witness attendance in a court of the normal country of domicile/residence of a participant, or the death, accidental bodily injury, illness of a close relative (meaning any relative including fiancé(e)) or business associate whose death, injury or illness necessitates the presence in the normal country of domicile/residence of the person concerned.

2. Major damage or burglary at a participant's home or place of business, which requires his/her presence in the United Kingdom.

We will also refund the amount paid to paintball.co.uk for the relevant voucher or re-book should a participant have to cancel due to failure of public transport services or the mechanical breakdown or accident to personal transport, whilst travelling directly to the venue, without alternative means of transport being reasonably available.

b) Exclusions Applicable to the Guarantee
Refunds or re-bookings will not be made where cancellation is due to:

1. Pregnancy and childbirth if delivery were expected within three months of the date of participation in the experience.

2. The existence or aggravation of any disability, condition or illness which originated prior to the date of booking the experience and which has required medical treatment within six months immediately preceding such a date.

3. The existence of any condition or set of circumstances known to the participant at the time of booking the experience which could reasonably have been expected to give rise to cancellation or curtailment of the trip or journey.

All claims arising from the failure of public transport or mechanical breakdown or accident to personal transport must be supported by documentary evidence, satisfactory to, to paintball.co.uk confirm such failure, breakdown or accident.

Experience Descriptions
The information provided by paintball.co.uk on each experience is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change slightly during the year. Details of each experience are available from our Customer Experience Centre on 0800 849 4911 at any time and are included in the booking confirmation. Your participation is conditional on your acceptance of the experience description detailed in your booking confirmation. Please check these details carefully upon receipt.

Experience Pictures
The pictures used in all promotional literature to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The vehicles, craft, machinesand settings at each venue do vary.

Experience Venues
The paintball.co.uk network of experience suppliers includes many of the UK's best experience venues. We are always adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be at a different location or with a different experience supplier. Where locations are stated as 'UK wide', locations may be limited in remote areas. Each venue has its own terms and conditions (available upon request) and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these.

Session Lengths
Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will usually be taking turns with other people and there may be waiting time involved. We give itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change.

Restrictions
Certain experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements, e.g. age, health or weight. We will confirm with you at the time of booking if any restrictions apply to the participant. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. Full details are included in your gift pack and we ask you to read this carefully as soon as you receive it.


Availability
All experiences are offered subject to availability. The most recent information on dates when an experience is available may be found on our website or by calling our Customer Experience Centre on0800 849 4911. We will do our best to secure your preferred choice of dates. To help us, please book as early as possible and in any event, at least 21 days in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation via email or in writing. For some experiences we may ask you to return the original voucher to us before we can confirm your booking. You should not make any arrangements in connection with the experience until you have received your booking confirmation.

Where specific elements of the experience such as vehicles or celebrities are not available due to mechanical breakdown or illness, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the experience at short notice.

11th Hour Bookings
We often have late availability for experiences at special prices, and bookings for these can generally be made right up until the day before the experience date. For these bookings, we will provide essential details over the phone as we cannot guarantee that these details will arrive in time for your experience. Experiences bought under these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged. Dates for an experience bought under these conditions, once booked, cannot be changed.

Inclusivity
We welcome the participation of disabled people in our experiences, though we recognise that certain experiences may present difficulties for those with disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that disabled customers are given every opportunity to participate, so we ask that you tell us about any relevant disability at the time of ordering. This enables us to do our best to meet the participant's particular needs. We will be happy to provide information about the disabled facilities available at specific venues on request.

Complaints
We welcome your feedback on all of our experiences. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the host or experience manager at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. In general, we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during an event, but then write a letter of complaint at a later date.

Refunds and Cancellations
We are happy to make refunds on unbooked experiences bought direct from paintball.co.uk within 28 days of purchase, minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of £20 and a maximum charge of £50). Changing a booked date amounts to a cancellation, so once your booking has been made you may incur cancellation charges if you have to re-book. Paintball.co.uk does not accept re-bookings or cancellations within 21 days of a booked experience. Cancellation policies vary from venue to venue, but you may be covered by the paintball.co.uk Participant Cancellation and Curtailment Guarantee (see above).

Sometimes we have to cancel an experience for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer you an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, paintball.co.uk cannot offer a refund on any expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience.

Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you will need to request a refund in writing, quoting details of a new card.

If the gift pack has been purchased from a retail store, a refund can only be obtained by returning both the gift pack and the unbooked voucher, in good condition, to the place of purchase together with the corresponding till receipt. These refunds will be subject to the store's own terms and conditions, a copy of which is available upon request.

Data Protection
paintball.co.uk complies with each of the eight principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Those principles require that data is:
